They are seeking a motivated New Product Development Engineer to design, develop, and evaluate product options, while ensuring compliance with manufacturing and quality assurance standards.

Responsibilities

Designs, develops, modifies and evaluates options and makes complex design recommendations for product development or enhancement. (50%)
Analyzes equipment to establish operating data, conducts experimental tests, and evaluates results. (35%)
Prepares reports and technical specifications. (10%)
Responsible for planning, implementing, and managing compliance to product design within manufacturing, production, and quality assurance processes to meet internal and external standards and requirements. (5%)

Required

Bachelor's or university degree in Engineering
Two to five years of experience
Knowledge of engineering practices
Advanced knowledge in MS Office
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication skills
High attention to detail
