Responsible for managing the financial health of specific construction projects by tracking costs, managing budgets, and processing subcontractor invoices
Will be responsible for the WIP reporting and management of finances of all the construction project accounting
Will work closely with project managers to ensure compliance, prepare timely billings and forecast potential cost overages to ensure projects remain profitable
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience
Commercial construction/HVAC or service related business background
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required
