Serve as the main point of contact for assigned members

Advocate for members and work closely with providers, pharmacies, and assistance programs
Accurately document all interactions in the CRM
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and escalating issues as needed
Manage daily tasks and member requests to ensure a smooth experience
Understand case statuses, documentation requirements, and performance goals
Research financial assistance programs for specialty medications
Coordinate medication shipments and provide timely updates
Follow up regularly to ensure medications are delivered on time
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3+ years of customer service experience
Strong customer service background with the ability to manage high‑volume interactions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in healthcare reimbursement, insurance programs, or pharmaceutical support
