Responsibilities
Create, edit, and maintain telecommunications engineering documents using Adobe XD, Visio, AutoCAD, MicroStation , and/or other documentation platforms
Perform telecommunications documentation support for regional projects
Use the organization’s documentation management system to store and manage telecom documents, including check-in, check-out, and attribute revisions
Plan, organize, estimate, schedule, and monitor work to meet business goals and objectives
Prepare thorough and accurate technical reports, correspondence, documentation, calculations, and sketches for field teams
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while advancing independence and skill breadth
Qualification
Required
Must be local to Plainfield or Cincinnati and onsite 3 days a week in the Plainfield or Cincinnati Regional HQ buildings in Cincinnati, OH
Willing and able to work on a w2 basis
Create, edit, and maintain telecommunications engineering documents using Adobe XD, Visio, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and/or other documentation platforms
Perform telecommunications documentation support for regional projects
Use the organization's documentation management system to store and manage telecom documents, including check-in, check-out, and attribute revisions
Plan, organize, estimate, schedule, and monitor work to meet business goals and objectives
Prepare thorough and accurate technical reports, correspondence, documentation, calculations, and sketches for field teams
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while advancing independence and skill breadth
Experience creating and editing engineering documents
Experience with engineering document creation, revision, and support using Adobe, Visio, MicroStation, or AutoCAD
Associate degree with two or more years of engineering documentation management experience, or a high school diploma with four or more years of engineering documentation management experience
Preferred
Telecom engineering documentation experience
Experience with construction engineering documentation
Experience in technical writing, training, or developing job aids
Understanding of basic project management principles
