Responsibilities

Perform hands-on Windows 11 desktop and software migrations

Provide deskside and Lab IT support to onsite users

Maintain and update physical inventory of PCs, lab equipment, and software

Work closely with project managers, IT teams, and lab stakeholders

Document procedures, troubleshooting steps, and best practices

Participate in daily project meetings and status updates

Coordinate with external vendors during migration activities

Escalate technical issues appropriately and provide timely follow-up

Required

3+ years of experience in deskside support or Lab IT support

Hands-on experience supporting Windows desktop environments

Preferred

Lab IT support in life sciences, biotech, pharma, or diagnostics environments

Experience supporting scientific or laboratory instrumentation

Prior Windows OS migration experience
