Process invoices and support financial workflows
Execute procurement and coordinate IT deployments
Manage hardware/software assets and maintain accurate records
Resolve IT/telecom requests independently or with vendors
Provide reporting, analysis, and documentation as needed
Qualification
Required
4–5 years in finance, IT service, or asset management, preferably in CPG/F&B
Strong AP/procurement knowledge and asset management expertise
Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
Software: ServiceNow SAM/HAM, SAP Ariba
