Responsibilities
Lead the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of the Workday HRIS
Lead efforts to evaluate, test, and implement system upgrades, new features, and functionality within Workday
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and Payroll, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of HRIS with other business systems
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure seamless transitions
Analyze current HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement by leveraging Workday capabilities
Monitor system security and data privacy measures to safeguard sensitive information
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data within Workday
Develop and generate comprehensive reports and analytics to support decision-making
Ensure the HRIS complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's and 3 years of experience in HRIS management, with at least 2 years specializing in Workday or HS/GED and 7 years
Has led system implementations and/or upgrades
In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM, including configuration, reporting, and security
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Must be 18 years of age or older
Preferred
Bachelor's and a minimum of 4 years of experience in HRIS management, with at least 2 years specializing in Workday
Workday experience with 3 or more modules
Ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and simplified manner to non-technical users
