SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant
Minisoft Technologies LLC is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant to deliver end-to-end compensation and variable pay implementations. The role requires strong analytical skills, project management abilities, and a deep understanding of HR compensation processes.
Responsibilities
Proven experience delivering end-to-end compensation and variable pay implementations
Strong knowledge of XML, compensation formulas, and data import tables
Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels and translate business needs into technical solutions
Ability to design and manage complex compensation, bonus, and stock calculations
Strong understanding of HR compensation processes and best practices
Experience with global and large-scale SuccessFactors implementations
High analytical capability for complex data and calculations
Strong project management skills to manage timelines and deliverables
Qualification
Required
SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and/or Variable Pay certification
