Responsibilities
Lead electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Own project scope, schedule, budget, and financial performance
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
Coordinate with field teams, Superintendents, and leadership to deliver safe, on-time projects
Represent the company in client and project meetings
Collaborate with VDC/BIM teams on design coordination and constructability
Mentor and develop Project Managers and field staff
Reinforce safety, quality, and company culture across all jobsites
Qualification
Required
7–10+ years of Project Management experience with an Electrical Contractor
Healthcare project experience required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Advanced plan/spec reading and BIM coordination experience
Proficiency with MS Office, Bluebeam, Revit, Navisworks, and scheduling/estimating tools
