Responsibilities
Manage accounts and deliver service ticket requests
Maintain internal reporting, ticketing systems, and client demographic tracking
Identify opportunities to improve internal processes
Resolve client issues efficiently under tight deadlines
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and basic math skills
Effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently under pressure
Communicate clearly with peers, clients, partners, and vendors via phone, email, and other channels
Handle confidential materials appropriately
Utilize office equipment (POS systems, phone, fax, copier, calculator, etc.)
Meet attendance and performance standards
Qualification
Required
Manage accounts and deliver service ticket requests
Maintain internal reporting, ticketing systems, and client demographic tracking

Experience in Merchant Services, software onboarding, technical support, or POS implementation (restaurant/retail preferred)
Proficiency with CRM tools, ticketing systems, data entry, and Microsoft Office
Comfortable in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
Desire to contribute to broader organizational goals
Preferred
Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Experience in hospitality, retail, or restaurant customer support
Familiarity with POS systems, payment processing, and related hardware (iPads, printers, PAX devices, KDS, network equipment)
