Responsibilities
Oversee non‑conformance management
Analyze and visualize key quality metrics such as First Pass Yield (FPY)
Provide expert guidance to production teams during line setup and optimization
Act as a key liaison between Production, Purchasing, and Engineering to ensure seamless communication and alignment on all product quality matters
Drive strategic improvements across inspection procedures
Lead and coordinate quality‑related improvement projects
Contribute to preventive measures within development activities
Support the Quality Manager in regular assessments of the management system and ensure adherence to client‑specific processes
Qualification
Required
Diploma or university degree in applied sciences, or equivalent technical qualification
Master technician or graduate engineer in a related technical field
Proven experience and training in Quality Management
Background in the manufacturing industry with hands‑on quality expertise
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications
