2+ years expLHH is seeking an experienced Hospitality Project Coordinator to join their client’s team. In this role, you will support all aspects of hospitality project management to ensure projects run smoothly and client expectations are met.

Responsibilities
Support daily activities related to contract account interaction, order processing, inventory allocation, and project quoting
Coordinate requests for custom products, including swatches, drawings, and samples
Track costs, documentation, and updates throughout the project lifecycle
Verify product specification sheets for accuracy and completeness
Create production requests and monitor both domestic and overseas production to ensure timelines are met
Provide frequent updates to customers regarding order and project status
Maintain open quotes and opportunities logs with periodic follow-up
Organize and maintain electronic and paper project files
Collaborate cross-functionally and perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of experience as a project coordinator or similar role
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues and recommend actionable solutions
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
Highly responsive with strong customer service orientation
Ability to work effectively with culturally diverse teams and customers
Preferred
College degree in business or a related field preferred but not required
