Litigation Legal Assistant
Responsibilities
Provide administrative and secretarial support to attorneys, including drafting correspondence, managing calendars, and organizing case files
Assist with case preparation, including document review, filing, and court submissions
Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring compliance with firm procedures
Coordinate meetings, hearings, and client communications
Work collaboratively with attorneys and staff to support litigation matters
Qualification
Required
Previous experience as a litigation legal assistant or in a similar legal support role
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
