Litigation Legal Assistant

LHH is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant to join their Fort Lauderdale office. The successful candidate will provide critical support to attorneys in business and corporate litigation matters, including administrative tasks and case preparation.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and secretarial support to attorneys, including drafting correspondence, managing calendars, and organizing case files
Assist with case preparation, including document review, filing, and court submissions
Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring compliance with firm procedures
Coordinate meetings, hearings, and client communications
Work collaboratively with attorneys and staff to support litigation matters

Required

Previous experience as a litigation legal assistant or in a similar legal support role
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
