Develop detailed electrical estimates and proposals from plans, specs, and early budgets
Lead proposal reviews and ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Coordinate and mentor estimating and preconstruction teams
Serve as a key client-facing representative during bidding
Negotiate with vendors and suppliers for best value
Support project teams with start-up and change-order pricing
Qualification
Required
8+ years in electrical estimating (commercial/industrial)
Data center estimating experience required (hyperscale preferred)
Proficiency with Accubid, Excel, and estimating software
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred
hyperscale data center estimating experience
Design-build / design-assist experience a plus
