Responsibilities
Managing the delivery of solution implementation projects, executed by the vendor project team
Testing the solution configurations and performance to ensure accuracy and completeness as per business requirements
Review project deliverables, including relevant documentations, to ensure they meet quality standards and project requirements
Understanding site-specific needs and identifying the right approach to deliver a standardized solution
Participate in prioritizing additional enhancement requests and collaborate with the product management and development team
Willingness to perform basic technical development tasks, including scripting and automation
Understand and mitigate site-specific issues and problems, to ensure smooth deployment and operation across all sites
Qualification
Required
Degree level qualification; or equivalent combination of education and experience
