Responsibilities

Own the advisor journey from day 60 through Pro, creating clear structure, accountability, and momentum for advisors in this phase
Design, build, and launch activation programs and operating models from zero, including pilots and iterative improvements
Use data to identify high-potential advisors, performance levers, and drop-off points, and translate insights into action
Be advisor-facing at key moments to influence behavior, unblock progress, and drive outcomes
Partner closely with Activation teammates to ensure seamless lifecycle continuity from onboarding through Pro
Collaborate with Training to shape ongoing education, programming, and cohort-based initiatives for advisors
Work cross-functionally with Product and Data teams to define metrics, inform tooling, and support advisor behavior change
Set clear goals and success metrics for programs, track performance, and continuously refine based on results

Required

3–5+ years of experience building and scaling customer-facing programs (e.g., activation, retention, lifecycle, or community), with at least 1 year in a high-growth startup environment
Strong analytical rigor and decision-making skills, with the ability to work confidently in large, messy datasets
Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including building analyses and models from scratch
Proven experience building programs, processes, or operating models from the ground up
Excellent execution and ownership, with strong project management skills and a high bar for follow-through
Comfort being advisor-facing, with presence and credibility to influence behavior and outcomes
Ability to work in the U.S. and be based in NYC or willing to relocate

Preferred

Experience in entrepreneurial ecosystems
Experience with lifecycle, activation, or growth programs, including cohort-based or experimental approaches
