Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to consistently exceed targets and drive revenue growth
Conduct regular training sessions and provide ongoing one-on-one coaching to improve performance and skill development
Track and analyze sales metrics and reports, using insights to optimize strategies and drive results
Assign leads, manage scheduling, and ensure all sales opportunities are maximized
Develop and execute regional sales initiatives to expand market presence and increase customer acquisition
Maintain a high standard of customer experience, turning every interaction into a potential sales opportunity
Qualification
Required
Ability to travel for training up to 12 weeks as required
Proven ability to consistently meet sales targets and drive business growth
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
