Responsibilities
Develop and maintain NX Open automation programs, macros, and scripts
Write, modify, and optimize G-code for CNC machining
Convert 3D CAD models into accurate machining toolpaths
Automate repetitive design and machining tasks in Siemens NX
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and CNC programmers
Troubleshoot NX automation and CNC machining issues
Create and maintain technical documentation
Support and train engineering and CNC teams
Ensure compliance with internal quality and ISO standards
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience with CAD/CAM and 3D modeling (Siemens NX preferred)
Strong experience with NX Open programming and G-code
Solid understanding of CNC machining and CAM processes
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and 3D models
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred
Siemens NX modeling, drafting, and CAM
Toolpath creation and mold manufacturing knowledge
GD&T understanding
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience mentoring or guiding junior programmers
