3+ years expHatch Pros is seeking an Epic Willow Ambulatory Certified Analyst to support the design, build, and optimization of outpatient pharmacy workflows within the Epic Systems environment. This role will work closely with pharmacy operations, clinical teams, and IT to ensure safe, efficient medication management across ambulatory settings.

Responsibilities
Lead configuration and build of Epic Willow Ambulatory modules
Design and optimize outpatient pharmacy workflows including prescribing, dispensing, and refill processes
Collaborate with pharmacists and clinical staff to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
Support integration with ePrescribing, third-party pharmacy systems, and insurance adjudication tools
Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements
Participate in testing (unit, integrated, and user acceptance testing)
Support upgrades, go-lives, and post-implementation stabilization
Qualification
Required
Active Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification
3+ years of hands-on Epic Willow Ambulatory build experience
Strong understanding of outpatient pharmacy operations and medication workflows
Experience with Epic upgrades, optimization, and support
Ability to translate clinical/pharmacy requirements into technical solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred
Experience with Willow Inventory or Willow Inpatient
Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and medication safety standards
Prior go-live support experience
