Responsibilities
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and document control
Coordinate with design teams, owners, and trade partners
Support project scheduling, cost tracking, and procurement
Lead portions of project execution and problem-solving in the field
Ensure compliance with healthcare, OSHPD/HCAI, and safety standards
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development
Assist in preconstruction, constructability reviews, and buyout
Qualification
Required
5–10+ years of experience in commercial construction (healthcare experience strongly preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Strong knowledge of healthcare construction processes and regulations
Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and Excel
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
