Responsibilities
Execute User-to-Role Mapping for SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, and SuccessFactors
Collaborate with Security, Functional, and Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) to validate Role Design
Facilitate discussions with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure Security Roles link correctly to job responsibilities
Monitor mapping progress and proactively resolve Access Gaps or Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts
Maintain centralized documentation and provide Readiness Reporting for program leadership
Partner with Training and Testing teams to align user mappings with Test Scenarios and Cutover activities
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in ERP Access Provisioning or Security Design
Deep knowledge of S/4HANA Security Concepts and Fiori Catalogs
Proven ability to engage and guide Business Leaders through complex Role Landscapes
Expertise in managing Large Datasets and Mapping Trackers
Strong alignment skills between Technical Teams and Business Dynamics
Preferred
Experience with SAP GRC Tools and Access Workflows
Previous involvement in Large-Scale SAP Migrations or Digital Transformations
Knowledge of Security Governance and Risk Mitigation strategies
