Responsibilities
Support full-cycle recruiting logistics by scheduling interviews, coordinating calendars, and managing candidate communications
Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records, ensuring candidate data, notes, and statuses are accurate and up to date
Assist with job posting administration and requisition support across multiple roles
Coordinate pre-employment steps including background checks, drug screens, and onboarding documentation
Prepare and distribute offer letters and new-hire paperwork in collaboration with HR and hiring managers
Serve as a primary point of contact for candidate inquiries, providing a positive and professional candidate experience
Generate recruiting and hiring reports as needed to track pipeline activity and progress
Support compliance requirements related to hiring, onboarding, and employment documentation
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, HR, or administrative roles
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines
Professional, clear communication skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) or ability to learn quickly
High level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism
