Responsibilities
Design and ship agentic systems that plan, reason, and operate across complex, multi-step workflows
Build production agents that combine LLMs, retrieval systems, APIs, and business logic
Own agent behavior in production, including evaluation, monitoring, iteration, and reliability
Translate ambiguous real-world problems into concrete agent capabilities and guardrails
Design prompt structures, memory systems, and orchestration layers that hold up under real usage
Partner closely with product and design to ship agent experiences customers trust
Qualification
Required
Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience shipping production systems
Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications or agent workflows
Comfort working with APIs, stateful systems, and complex control flow
Sound judgment around tradeoffs, reliability, and user impact
Ability to operate with ownership in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
Preferred
Experience with retrieval, tool calling, or multi-step orchestration (strong plus)
