Responsibilities
Manage multiple concurrent IT projects following established PMO governance, methodology, templates, and reporting standards
Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, budgets, and funding requests
Lead system integration and enterprise technology initiatives with major business impact
Coordinate vendor procurement, implementation services, and delivery milestones
Facilitate project meetings and provide clear, transparent status reporting to leadership and stakeholders
Partner with business users to gather, document, and validate requirements
Track project progress, identify risks/issues, and escalate appropriately
Manage scope, prevent scope creep, and focus on delivering minimum viable solutions
Support continuous improvement of portfolio, program, and project management processes
Collaborate with multiple agencies, IT platforms, and executive-level committees
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience managing IT system integration projects
8+ years managing stakeholder expectations and competing priorities
8+ years working within a formal project governance / PMO structure
Proven ability to manage multiple large, high-impact projects simultaneously
Strong experience in process development, gap analysis, and documentation
Demonstrated expertise in project planning, tracking, and reporting
Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-provider environment
