Lead end-to-end mainframe product support across L1, L2, and L3, ensuring timely issue resolution and service excellence

Drive complex troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and effective escalation management

Provide expert technical guidance to support teams and stakeholders

Analyze operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure system stability

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve critical customer-impacting issues

Deliver clear, confident communication with customers, including technical training and knowledge transfer

Design and implement customer-focused solutions, tools, and process improvements

Continuously enhance support operations through automation and best practices
