Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end IT projects, including infrastructure, software development, system implementations, and process improvements
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, vendors, and business stakeholders
Manage project scope, risks, issues, and dependencies; proactively identify and mitigate risks
Communicate project status, milestones, and issues to leadership and stakeholders
Ensure projects adhere to organizational standards, governance, and compliance requirements
Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and post-project reviews
Support change management and ensure smooth project transitions to operations
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
5+ years of experience managing IT projects
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana)
