Mid LevelSDVS Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced Automation Analyst specializing in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate to support business process automation initiatives across the organization. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and design scalable solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, document, and refine automation requirements
Perform initial assessments to identify automation opportunities and evaluate solution feasibility
Document 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' business process flows and supporting artifacts
Design, develop, implement, and support Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
Partner with other Automation Analysts, Visualization Analysts, and Data Modelers to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions
Create and maintain solution documentation, including:
Process flows
Benefit and impact analysis
Solution and architecture diagrams
Technical specifications and support documentation
Follow established governance, data management, and information security standards
Support department operations, including:
Monitoring automations and job schedules
Managing support requests and change management
Maintaining solution inventories
Diagnosing and resolving automation issues
Learn and support Business Unit systems and operational processes
Contribute to Power BI and Power Platform Communities of Excellence (COEs) to strengthen adoption and best practices
Qualification
Required
Must Be local to FL
Experience as an Automation Analyst specializing in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, document, and refine automation requirements
Experience performing initial assessments to identify automation opportunities and evaluate solution feasibility
Ability to document 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' business process flows and supporting artifacts
Experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
Ability to partner with other Automation Analysts, Visualization Analysts, and Data Modelers to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions
Experience creating and maintaining solution documentation, including process flows, benefit and impact analysis, solution and architecture diagrams, and technical specifications and support documentation
Ability to follow established governance, data management, and information security standards
Experience supporting department operations, including monitoring automations and job schedules, managing support requests and change management, maintaining solution inventories, and diagnosing and resolving automation issues
Willingness to learn and support Business Unit systems and operational processes
