Provides guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field
Develops and maintains detailed project plans, schedules, and risk logs
Communicates with cross-functional teams, executive leadership, and partner agencies
Coordinates application modernization, remediation, or system replacement initiatives
Manages projects involving both technical and business process components
Manages Agile or hybrid teams
Uses project tracking tools such as Microsoft Planner, Jira, MS Project, or similar
Produces executive-level updates and supporting fast-turnaround requests

Expert- 84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field
84 months of experience managing multi-divisional technology or business modernization projects across multiple teams
84 months of experience developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and risk logs
84 months of experience communicating with cross-functional teams, executive leadership, and partner agencies
48 months of experience coordinating application modernization, remediation, or system replacement initiatives
48 months of experience managing projects involving both technical and business process components
36 months of experience managing Agile or hybrid teams
36 months of experience using project tracking tools such as Microsoft Planner, Jira, MS Project, or similar
36 months Experience producing executive-level updates and supporting fast-turnaround requests
PMP, PMI-ACP, or other comparable project management certification
