Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer tickets submitted through our website
Check shipping status and provide updates
Answer detailed product questions using your knowledge of nutrition and supplements
Assist customers with placing orders
Support returns, product exchanges, or concerns with empathy and accuracy
Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to resolve customer issues
