Responsibilities
Develop and enhance technology solutions for Workforce Management, focusing on operations, productivity, and product flow
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in North America and Europe to deliver innovative solutions
Design, configure, and develop features for Global Workforce Management systems, ensuring optimal business value
Work within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to deliver high-quality software solutions
Troubleshoot, debug, and assist other engineers, contributing to the modernization of back-of-store systems
Ensure compliance with corporate security standards and maintain high availability and recoverability of platforms
Qualification
Required
5-10 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Application Developer
Proficiency in UKG Pro WFM and experience with integrations using the Boomi platform
Strong understanding of Kronos Workforce Integrations Manager (WIM) and UKG Pro
Experience in developing and testing applications using UKG Pro
Familiarity with SaaS/Cloud practices and middleware technologies like Boomi and Apigee
Experience with Agile and DevOps tools such as Git/Gitlab, SonarQube, JIRA, and Confluence
