Responsibilities
Building full-stack applications on the core product using a stack that includes Node.js, React, Postgres, and AWS
Developing patient-facing agentic systems utilizing generative AI at scale, including technologies like LLMs, STT, TTS, and RAG
Implementing AI testing, observability, QA, and risk mitigation frameworks
Developing outbound voice and SMS engagement tools to enhance patient experience and care coordination
Creating staff-facing applications to monitor AI interactions, configuring workflows, managing exceptions, and scaling the conversational AI platform for reliability and call quality
Building robust integrations with EHR systems, scheduling systems, and telephony infrastructure
Qualification
Required
3-6 years of experience or 5-15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in full-stack/backend development
CS background from a top 30 university (e.g., Stanford, CMU, Harvard)
In-person work in New York City or willingness to relocate
Strong communication skills
Ability to architect/design complex software systems
