Design and architect modern SharePoint Online sites and hub structures
Define metadata, content types, and taxonomy; guide users away from folder-based models
Build workflows and apps using Power Automate and Power Apps
Plan and execute migrations from on-prem SharePoint or file shares
Integrate SharePoint with Teams and OneDrive
Gather requirements and partner with non-technical stakeholders
Support change management, adoption, and documentation
Qualification
Required
Local to Minneapolis/St, Paul area - hybrid onsite
Work authorization: US Citizen or GC holder
3–5+ years of SharePoint Online design and implementation experience
Proven success with migrations and automation projects
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience driving user adoption and managing change
