Responsibilities
Analyzes, develops, and evaluates systems as well as improving and maintaining current systems or creating brand new projects
Applies engineering techniques and analyses within the scope of the assignment
Recommends operational plans with direct impact on results
Requires communication with senior leadership on matters of strategic importance, i.e., Constructing and presenting status briefings on technical challenges
Works with third party resources, site leadership and other necessary departments to bring comprehensive solutions for operations, production, or maintenance issues related to local production or test failures
Qualification
Required
Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 7-8 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred
Preferred education and experience: Bachelor's Degree
Discipline/Major: Manufacturing, Business or Engineering preferred
Knowledge, skills & abilities: Leadership skills. Ability to foster teamwork. Oral and written communication skills. Ability to identify and seek needed information/research skills. Technical expertise. Experience in the following engineering areas: IMS/WBS/EVMS/PE
