Participate in up to 4 assignments across Markets, each running for 6 months
Engage in an intensive State Street Markets orientation at our offices in Boston
Access training courses on financial markets and sponsorship for CFA

Qualification

Required

Graduating in December 2025 or May 2026
Strong interest in the global capital markets
Undergraduate degrees in: computer science, data science, engineering, math, quantitative finance
Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fluid, fast-paced, high-energy environment
Strong passion for learning and commitment to career development
Excellent verbal and written skills
Outstanding interpersonal skills are required to work in our collegial, collaborative environment
