Responsibilities
Support sales representatives across voluntary benefits products
Perform Salesforce administrative tasks, including data updates and reporting
Assist with pricing, quoting, and negotiations in partnership with sales reps
Support RFP development and proposal responses
Coordinate with underwriting, sales, and client management teams
Learn and follow internal sales processes with growth into advanced RFP support
Qualification
Required
Experience supporting sales teams, client managers, or proposal teams
Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration or CRM tools
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred
Background in group life or disability insurance
Experience in insurance, underwriting support, or financial services
Prior RFP or proposal support experience
