The Boeing Company is seeking an Associate or Experienced Shipside Operations Specialist to join their St. Louis Fabrication Operations team in Berkeley, MO. Responsibilities

Assists the Operations Leadership Team in the deployment of BPS & Lean Principles
Supports the development of Oobeya on Program & Maturing the Oobeya process
Program integration activities (Risk/Issue/Opportunity Management, PMM Preparation, Metrics & Reporting)
Assists with the functional initiative deployment (FOD reduction / Innovation awards / Affordability projects / Kamishibai / etc.)
Supports the LSCC and FSCC and SAT follow up
Assists in driving Continuous improvement and problem solving
Provides support to efficiently and effectively resolve production issues
Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company lean initiatives using Lean methodologies
Analyzes and interprets data and provides root cause corrective action and trend data to identify and eliminate high impact and systemic issues
Coordinate and facilitate multi-function group meetings required to resolve issues
Utilize tracking system to document, communicate, and ensure production issues get resolved
Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
Works under general direction

Required

High School Diploma or Equivalent
1+ years of experience with Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
1+ years of experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing and analyzing data
1+ years of experience implementing Lean methodologies and productivity improvements

Preferred

Bachelor's degree or higher
Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems – Common Image (MESci) experience
3+ years working in a production environment
Experience supporting cross-functional teams
Experience using Shipside Action Tracker
