This individual will oversee a group of 15–20 direct reports and play a critical role in technical leadership, project delivery, and department development.

Responsibilities
Lead engineers, designers, and support staff while providing technical expertise and quality oversight on all electrical engineering deliverables
Collaborate closely with project managers and discipline leads to support multi-discipline industrial projects
Mentor and develop team members to support their technical and professional growth
Maintain department standards, processes, and tools
Support client relationships and business development activities through proposal preparation and estimating
Ensure all work meets safety, regulatory, and environmental compliance standards
Qualification
Required
15+ years of electrical engineering experience
3–5+ years of proven leadership capabilities with experience overseeing engineering and design teams
Strong working knowledge of Revit — candidates must be able to review and navigate the Revit environment, even if they are not doing hands‑on design work
Ability to operate as a working manager due to the size of the team
Demonstrated experience managing cradle‑to‑grave industrial projects
Industrial project experience (chemical, manufacturing, pulp & paper, or similar heavy‑industry environments)
Proficiency with electrical design and simulation software tools
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Preferred
Professional Engineering (PE) License
