Responsibilities
Safety First: Handle products so you are safe and the product is damage free
Play Your Part: Coordinate schedule with customers and contractors to accomplish installations in a timely manner
Install: Run water lines, install electrical or gas lines to properly install appliances
Assess: Examine appliance during operating cycle to detect excess vibration, overhearing, fluid leads and/or loose parts – adjust install to 100% satisfaction
Make it Flawless: Work with the sales and merchandising teams to support floor and/or special function displays
Wrap it up: Maintain inventory, order correct parts and work with service agencies on warranty repairs
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 21 years of age
2 years customer contact experience required
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Must meet hiring requirements documented in the NFM DOT non-CDL policy
Missouri residents must have Class E driver's license
Must meet and/or comply with applicable standards set forth in Federal Motor Carrier Safety Act
Ability to lift, push, pull required weights per established requirements for the department
Preferred
High School Diploma or GED preferred
1 year experience in appliance service preferred
1 year experience in intermediate plumbing preferred
1 years wiring experience preferred
