Mid, Senior LevelOptomi, in partnership with a leading utility company, is looking for an SAP ISU Billing Business Analyst to support functional aspects of SAP systems related to business processes and development. The role involves providing planning, configuration, testing, and end-user support for SAP applications, focusing on ISU Billing and invoicing.

Responsibilities
Provide planning, configuration, testing, and end-user support for SAP applications, with a focus on ISU Billing and invoicing
Implementing rate changes, collaborating with regulatory teams, and ensuring compliance with change management processes
Work closely with business partners, developers, and IT staff to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver innovative solutions
Generating sample bills, validating rate calculations, and maintaining price changes in SAP to accommodate new gas charge price keys
Qualification
Required
Strong SAP ISU Billing and invoicing experience
Expertise in configuring billing master data and rates
Utilities industry experience, particularly with gas utilities (preferred)
Familiarity with budget billing, unbilled revenue, and collective billing/invoicing
Exceptional analytical and communication skills
Preferred
Configure SAP ISU Billing master data and implement rate changes
Collaborate with regulatory teams to translate rate cases into SAP configurations
Generate sample bills, validate rate calculations, and create rate change validation documentation
Support and troubleshoot SAP core batch processes and job failures
Conduct system testing of enhancements, patches, and configuration changes
Mentor other analysts and provide leadership in SAP implementation projects
Ensure compliance with SOX business controls and General Computing Controls related to SAP modules
