While the role does not require coding, we expect that the suitable candidate has a computer science degree and could dive into a codebase when needed
We expect that this candidate knows the pros and cons and nuisances of various technologies and programming languages
Drive and enthusiasm, including for training and mentoring junior team members
This role would have 15-25 reports
Strong written and oral communication skills with confidence and ability to interact effectively with senior leaders
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet competing deadlines
