Responsibilities
Own and lead corrective action investigations and long-term process improvements
Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering to resolve quality issues
Maintain and improve manufacturing quality checkpoints to reduce rework and defects
Manage supplier quality performance and drive accountability
Analyze test data and production trends to identify root causes
Support audits, documentation control, and ISO-aligned quality systems
Participate in customer quality reviews when needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of experience in a Quality Engineer or similar role
Strong background in manufacturing or durable goods (non-medical)
Proven experience leading corrective actions and root cause analysis
Comfortable communicating with leadership, vendors, and customers
Detail-oriented, organized, and improvement-minded
