Responsibilities
Support high-volume hiring efforts across multiple retail locations nationwide
Partner with store managers to manage full-cycle administrative recruiting tasks
Coordinate interview scheduling and communicate next steps with candidates
Process offers and manage onboarding from acceptance through start date
Ensure a smooth, positive onboarding experience for every new hire
Verify candidate details, including email setup, pay plans, offer letters, and background checks
Maintain accuracy and timeliness across all HR and recruiting systems
Qualification
Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in customer service, recruiting coordination, or human resources
Familiarity with recruitment processes and full-cycle hiring support
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
Comfort learning new systems and processes quickly
A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
