Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
Implement solutions across ITSM, ITBM, PPM, Service Portal, and Employee Portal
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
Support ServiceNow upgrades, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and platform governance
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow Vancouver version
Proven development/configuration experience in: ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog), ITBM (IT Business Management), PPM (Project Portfolio Management), Service Portal, Employee Portal, Identity Provider / SSO configuration, Data Integrations, ServiceNow Upgrades
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment
Excellent communication and documentation skills

Experience in CMDB – Configuration Management Database
