Responsibilities

Schedule in-home consultation appointments via outbound calling
Confirm upcoming appointments with customers
Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up on leads via phone and email
Route qualified leads to our Outside Sales team
Collaborate with sales, scheduling, and operations departments

Qualification

Call center experienceCustomer serviceAdministrative experienceCommunication skillsPositive attitude

Required

At least 2 years of call center experience required
Customer service or administrative office experience is a plus
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Must have a valid driver's license and clean background
Reliable transportation to and from our Barrington, NJ office
