Responsibilities

Serve as the Workday system administrator and subject matter expert for assigned modules
Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business leaders to analyze processes, implement improvements, and communicate system changes clearly
Design, maintain, and optimize Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and leadership decision-making
Lead or contribute to HRIS projects, system upgrades, and process enhancement initiatives
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, unexpected results, and data discrepancies
Ensure HR data integrity, compliance, and audit readiness
Document workflows, configurations, system changes, and best practices
Train HR teams and business stakeholders on new processes, features, and updates
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and maximize system capabilities

Required

4+ years supporting HRIS/HCM systems (Workday strongly preferred)
Proven experience in Workday reporting, analytics, and process improvement
Strong understanding of HR business processes, policies, and compliance
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical leaders
Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience with iCIMS ATS
Experience with Workday Prism Analytics
Experience with HR system integrations
