Responsibilities
Constructing, installing, and repairing structures for accessory dwelling units
Working with power tools, hand tools, and collaborating with the construction team
Adhering to safety guidelines and meeting project deadlines efficiently
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Carpentry and Finish Carpentry for both structural and aesthetic projects
Skilled in using Hand Tools and Power Tools for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials
Experience in Framing, including wood and metal structures
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments
Familiarity with safety protocols and building code requirements
Communication and professionalism is paramount
Preferred
Previous experience in residential construction or ADU projects is a plus
