Responsibilities
Get basic knowledge about the product, its business logic and technical stack
Working on the tickets in close collaboration with teammates
Work independently on customer issues, and report bugs to RnD
After 180 days, you have become an invaluable member of support team, interacting with other department to work on product improvement and customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Have good experience in Windows and Linux administration
Have experience on administering or at least usage of Virtualization environment
Experience on usage of API requests and understanding the logic it works
Network management, ability to setup and troubleshoot
Firewall setup and understanding how works
Experience with Cloud Environment
Experience in Technical Support or Customer service, good soft skills in communication in English
