Responsibilities
Own end-to-end execution of large-scale technology deployments, from readiness through stabilization
Build and maintain integrated program plans covering software, hardware, integrations, networking, training, vendor execution, and cutover
Actively manage dependencies, risks, issues, and trade-offs across parallel workstreams
Define success metrics and ensure delivery against committed milestones
Lead and align cross-functional teams across: Technology & Engineering, Operations, Finance, Security & Compliance, Legal, External vendors and partners
Drive accountability through clear ownership, timelines, and performance tracking
Adapt deployment execution to meet regional or market-specific requirements while maintaining consistency and standards
Ensure technical readiness across: Application platforms, Integrations, Infrastructure, Networking, Support and operational models
Translate technical constraints into clear execution plans for non-technical stakeholders
Validate go-live readiness criteria and oversee cutover and stabilization
Lead post-launch reviews and drive continuous operational improvements
Provide concise, accurate updates to senior leaders and executives
Surface risks early with clearly defined mitigation options
Influence outcomes through data-driven insights, clarity, and execution credibility
Operates effectively in ambiguous environments without requiring detailed direction
Makes independent decisions within program scope and escalates appropriately
Anticipates risks before they become delivery blockers
Raises the bar on program management rigor and execution discipline
Collaborates closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations leadership to ensure delivery alignment
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or related roles
Proven ownership of large, complex technology deployments in enterprise environments
Strong technical fluency across: Software platforms, System integrations, Infrastructure and networking
Experience managing global or multi-region programs
Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience with large-scale operational systems or platform deployments
Exposure to international rollouts or market launches
Experience working with external vendors, system integrators, or franchise/partner models
