Qualification
Required
Expertise in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy to successfully manage and guide the artistic vision of projects
Strong proficiency in Branding and Art Direction to develop and maintain cohesive brand identities
Understanding of visual storytelling techniques
Exceptional leadership and communication skills to motivate and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
Preferred
Proficiency in design software and related tools is highly preferred
Previous experience in creative leadership or a similar role is strongly preferred
