Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair and the ability to ensure proper functioning and longevity of HVAC systems
Strong Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
Experience in Field Service, including performing inspections, upgrades, and equipment start-ups
Exceptional Customer Service skills to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with clients
Knowledge of industry-standard practices and safety protocols
Willingness to work on-site and adapt to various working conditions
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Preferred
HVAC certification or relevant training
